One of the services it offers is a suite of cloud mobile numbers, but it was facing challenges around the industry recognising the Gamma number ranges when routing messages, due to its status as an MVNO.

The Challenge

Gamma is an MVNO and hosts and provides number ranges to multiple providers. That means the ability for the market to route directly to Gamma for termination was often compromised due to traffic being sent to the network of record. That resulted in a higher than acceptable level of messages failing to be delivered
