How to Access the Service

All services are available using HTTPS and provided from XConnect Points of Presence (PoPs) in the US and EU.  For high volume, ultra low latency applications such as voice and message routing customers are recommended to use XConnect’s ENUM interface.  A SIP interface is also available for telecommunication switch applications.  HTTPS query examples are shown below.  Other interfaces are similar, contact sales for full specification.

Monitoring and Support Desk

All XConnect NIS services are monitored on a 24x7x365 basis from the XConnect Network Operations Centres. A multi-lingual customer support desk is also available 24x7x365 to help customers with any issues or questions about the service.
